This volleyball serving drill focuses on serving accuracy to the corners of the court.

Volleyball Corner Serving Drill

Setup

  1. In all four corners of the court, set up 5 cones (9" tall cones).
  2. Divide the team up into two sides.
  3. Each player should have their own ball.

Instructions

  1. Players from each side serves one at a time attempting to knock over a cone on their opponents side of the court.
  2. The team that knocks over all of their opponents cones first wins the round.
  3. Play a couple rounds depending on the time it takes to complete a round.

Variations

  • Increase or decrease the number of cones in each corner.
  • Reset the cones after each serve and award a point each time a cone is knocked over.
