## Objective
Develop consistent technique, court awareness, and team communication in ball control, defense, down balls, hitting, offense, passing, pass-set-hit, serve defense, serving, setting through high-repetition game-like execution.

## Setup & Court Layout
- Players: 2 full teams, one on each side of the net

- Coach: Positioned with volleyballs to initiate play with free ball tosses

- Court: Full court, enforcing back row attack rules

- Equipment: Volleyballs, net

## Step-by-Step Instructions
- Coach initiates each rally with a free ball toss, alternating sides.

- Teams play out rallies as in a normal game, but only back row players are allowed to attack.

- To rotate, a team must win 2 consecutive points (a “wash”).

- Teams continue rotating in standard volleyball rotation rules.

- The first team to complete a full team rotation is the winner.

- Suggested reps: Play 1–2 full team rotations, or run for 15–18 minutes depending on practice length.

## Key Coaching Points
- Remind attackers to leave the ground from behind the 10-foot line on all swings.

- Emphasize clean passing and setting to create hittable back row balls.

- Defenders must anticipate back row attacks and adjust positioning accordingly.

- Encourage loud communication throughout rallies.

- Common Game Situation: Simulates match play where back row attacks are often used to extend rallies and apply pressure against defenses.

This is a high-energy wash drill that blends offense, defense, and competitive pressure while sharpening back row attack execution.

## Variations & Progressions
- Speed Game: Require only 1 point to rotate.

- Advanced Play: Require 3–5 consecutive points for rotation.

- Serve Start: Begin rallies with a serve instead of a coach’s toss for added game realism.
