## Objective
Develop consistent technique, court awareness, and team communication in warm-up, ball control, down balls, pass-set-hit through high-repetition game-like execution.

## Setup & Court Layout
- Players: 2 players with 1 volleyball

- Court: Can be run anywhere on the court or in small spaces

- Equipment: Volleyballs

## Step-by-Step Instructions
- Player A begins with a toss to Player B.

- Player B performs the sequence:
Pass to self
Set to self
Down ball to partner

- Player A repeats the same sequence: pass, set, down ball back.

- Continue back and forth until the ball hits the ground.

- Suggested reps: Each pair completes 15–20 continuous rallies, or run for 4–6 minutes total as a warm-up.

## Key Coaching Points
- Stress high, controlled passes to allow enough time for the set.

- Remind players to use a consistent setting technique with proper hand placement.

- Encourage snapping the wrist on the down ball for control and realism.

- Focus on smooth transitions between each skill without rushing.

- Common Game Situation: Reinforces the three-touch sequence (pass-set-hit) used in every rally, preparing players for live gameplay.

This is a perfect warm-up drill for integrating all three volleyball contacts while keeping players moving and sharp.

## Variations & Progressions
- Increase difficulty by requiring higher passes and sets.

- Add footwork restrictions (e.g., stay low, shuffle only).

- Play for points: 1 point per successful exchange without error.
