- Court: Half court or full court with a rotation pattern in place

- Equipment: Volleyballs, net, 2 tossers or coaches at the net

## Step-by-Step Instructions
- Two tossers or coaches stand at the net and toss balls to outside hitters.

- Hitters attempt to attack around the block to the middle back defender.

- The middle back player works to deliver a controlled pass to the target area.

- After the attack, players rotate quickly in the following pattern:

Blocker → Middle Back
Middle Back → Hitter

- Drill continues rapidly with tossers feeding the next ball immediately after each play.

- Suggested reps: Run drill until each player completes 8–10 quality attacks or for 5–7 minutes per round to build endurance.

## Key Coaching Points
- Hitters: Focus on “seeing the block” and adjusting attack angles accordingly.

- Blockers: Read the toss and hitter’s approach, adjusting position and timing.

- Defenders: Stay low, move feet quickly, and aim passes to the target area.

- Endurance: Encourage players to push through fatigue with proper form.

- Common Game Situation: Replicates extended rallies where hitters must attack under fatigue, blockers must read consistently, and defenders must stay reliable.

This is an excellent high-intensity drill for late-practice conditioning that reinforces offensive and defensive fundamentals under fatigue.

## Variations & Progressions
- Add Setters: Include setters on both sides to keep rallies alive.

- Increase Tempo: Toss balls more quickly to increase conditioning demands.

- Scoring System: Award points for kills, stuff blocks, or perfect passes to add competition.
