## Objective
Develop consistent technique, court awareness, and team communication in ball control, defense, passing through high-repetition game-like execution.

## Setup & Court Layout
-
Players: 3 passers active, 3 tossers, 3 passers waiting at serving line

-
Court: Half-court, with cones marking passer start points

-
Equipment: Volleyballs, cones

-
Roles: Tossers feed balls, passers execute passing reps, waiting passers rotate in

## Step-by-Step Instructions
-
Each passer begins at a cone in front of a tosser.

-
The tosser initiates the first ball back and to the passer’s right.

-
Passer retreats and performs a right-side lateral pass back to the tosser.

-
Passer returns to the cone and touches it.

-
The tosser then tosses a ball toward the passer’s midline.

-
Passer retreats and executes a forearm pass to the tosser.

-
Passer returns to the cone and touches it.

-
The tosser tosses the final ball back and to the passer’s left.

-
Passer retreats and performs a left-side lateral pass back to the tosser.

-
Passer returns to the cone.

-
This sequence equals 3 touches (right, midline, left).

-
Repeat the cycle for a preset number of reps (e.g., 12–15 passes per player, or 3–5 full cycles) before rotating. Each round should last 3–4 minutes.

## Key Coaching Points
-
Stay Low: Keep your knees bent, weight forward, and maintain a balanced posture throughout.

-
Movement: Shuffle correctly toward the ball—avoid crossing feet or lunging.

-
Platform Control: Keep your arms locked and angle the platform towards the target.

-
Reset Quickly: Touch the cone with urgency before preparing for the next ball.

-
Consistency: Emphasize quality over speed to build repeatable passing form.

This one is excellent for developing serve-receive footwork and reinforcing the difference between midline and lateral passing.

## Variations & Progressions
-
Change the order of tosses (e.g., left, right, midline) to challenge adjustment.

-
Add a scoring system for perfect passes to a target zone.

-
Increase the speed of tosses to force quicker reaction time.
