## Objective
Develop consistent technique, court awareness, and team communication in ball control, defense, offense, passing, serve defense, serving through high-repetition game-like execution.

## Setup & Court Layout
- Players: 3 servers, 3 passers on court, 3 passers waiting to rotate in

- Court: Full court with servers on one end line and passers opposite

- Equipment: Volleyballs, net

- Roles: Servers deliver balls, passers receive and pass to target, waiting players rotate in

## Step-by-Step Instructions
- Position 3 servers evenly along the end line of one side.

- Place 3 passers directly across from them on the opposite side.

- Servers serve straight across to their assigned passer.

- Each passer attempts to pass to the target, then rotates off the court.

- A new passer rotates in immediately to take their spot.

- Servers continue serving straight across to the new passers.

- Suggested reps: Each passer should complete 8–10 quality passes per round, about 2–3 minutes of work before full rotation.

## Key Coaching Points
- Switch Lines: Ensure passers rotate into different lines to practice receiving from all court angles.

- Communication: Call every ball early and clearly.

- Footwork: Stay low, shuffle to get behind the ball—avoid lunging.

- Consistency: Controlled, accurate passes to the target are more valuable than one strong pass.

- Common Game Situation: Prepares players for serve receive rotations where servers consistently target different zones of the court.

This drill is ideal as an early practice serve receive warm-up that provides high-repetition passing opportunities for all players.

## Variations & Progressions
- Competition Variation: First group to achieve a set number of accurate passes wins.

- Rotate lines between games so players practice from multiple serve receive zones.

- Clock Challenge: Groups race against a timer to complete a required number of good passes before time expires.

- Target Scoring: Award points for passes landing in a designated setter zone to increase precision.
