## Objective
Develop consistent technique, court awareness, and team communication in ball control, hitting, middle hitter, outside hitter, passing, serve defense, serving, setting through high-repetition game-like execution.

## Setup & Court Layout
- Players: 2 groups of 5 per side (3 passers, 1 setter, 1 server)

- Court: Full court with standard serve and receive setup

- Equipment: Volleyballs, net

## Step-by-Step Instructions
- One team begins with a serve to the receiving side.

- The receiving team uses 3 passers to control the serve and send it to the setter.

- The passer who makes the pass receives the set from the setter and transitions into hitting.

- Hitter may call “outside, middle, or back” to signal teammates to cover.

- After the rally ends, alternate serving sides to repeat the sequence.

- Suggested reps: Run for 12–15 minutes or until each player has completed 8–10 passes and hits.

## Key Coaching Points
- Reinforce that good attacks start with quality passes.

- Passers should stay balanced, low, and controlled when receiving serve.

- Setters must transition quickly and deliver a consistent, hittable ball.

- Encourage hitters to communicate clearly with teammates to ensure proper coverage.

- Common Game Situation: Replicates a real serve-receive play where passers must transition into attackers, reinforcing the connection between serve reception and offensive execution.

This drill blends serve receive, setting, and attacking into a single sequence, making it highly effective for both technical skill and tactical awareness.

## Variations & Progressions
- Scoring System: Award 1 point for each successful kill; -1 for errors.

- Competitive: Play first to 10 points with teams alternating serves.

- Advanced: Add blockers to increase difficulty and force hitters to make smart attacking choices.
