## Objective
Develop consistent technique, court awareness, and team communication in serving through high-repetition game-like execution.

## Setup & Court Layout
- Court: Full court with 4 corners marked by cones (e.g., 6 cones per corner)

- Players: Team split into 2 groups, each on opposite serving lines

- Equipment: 1 volleyball per player, cones for corner targets

## Step-by-Step Instructions
- Place cones in each corner of the opposing court (equal number per corner).

- Divide players into two teams, positioned behind opposite serving lines.

- Teams alternate serves, aiming to knock down the cones in the opponent’s court.

- Each time a cone is knocked down, it is removed.

- The first team to knock down all of the opposing team’s cones wins.

- Suggested reps: Play best of 3 games, or for 8–10 minutes per round.

## Key Coaching Points
- Emphasize accuracy over power when serving.

- Encourage players to take their time and focus on routine before each serve.

- Remind players to use proper serving mechanics: toss consistency, balanced contact, and controlled follow-through.

- Stress game-like pressure by treating each serve as if it were in a match.

- Common Game Situation: Trains players to serve to targeted zones, a critical skill for disrupting opponent serve-receive formations.

This is a fun, competitive accuracy drill that doubles as a game while teaching players to serve smart and hit their spots.

## Variations & Progressions
- Rapid Fire: All players serve at the same time until cones are gone.

- Point System: Place 2 cones per corner; award 1 point per cone knocked down, first team to 8 points wins.

- Zone Focus: Assign different serve zones (deep corner, short corner) depending on skill level.
