## Objective
Develop consistent technique, court awareness, and team communication in ball control, setting through high-repetition game-like execution.

## Setup & Court Layout
- Players: 6 players on each side of the net

- Equipment: 1 volleyball

- Coach: Positioned on the 10-foot line to toss balls into play

## Step-by-Step Instructions
- Coach tosses a ball into play.

- Teams must use only overhead passes (sets) — no forearm passes allowed.

- After three consecutive overhead passes, the ball must be sent over the net.

- All players, regardless of position, must overhead pass every touch.

- Continue rally until a point is won.

- Suggested reps/time: Play to 15–25 points, or run for 8–12 minutes.

## Key Coaching Points
- Encourage high, accurate sets that allow teammates to adjust underneath.

- Emphasize proper hand positioning and follow-through on every overhead pass.

- Stress communication, players must call the ball clearly.

- Common Game Situation: This drill mimics real rallies where players must set consistently under pressure, especially in broken plays when the setter is unavailable.

## Variations & Progressions
- Allow fewer than three touches (e.g., 1–2 touches) to encourage quick decision-making and finding open spaces.

- Start rallies with a serve instead of a coach toss for advanced players.

- Keep formal score to simulate a real game.
