## Objective
Develop consistent technique, court awareness, and team communication in warm-up, ball control, defense, down balls, offense, passing, pass-set-hit, setting, fitness through high-repetition game-like execution.

## Setup & Court Layout
- Players: 3 active players inside the 10-foot line; 3 lines of players waiting behind the end line

- Court: Half or full court, depending on team size

- Equipment: Volleyballs, net

- Roles: Coach initiates play, active players execute pass–set–tip sequence, waiting players tag in

## Step-by-Step Instructions
- Coach begins by tossing a free ball or down ball into play, alternating sides of the court.

- Active players execute a sequence: pass → set → tip the ball into the 10-foot line area on the opposite side.

- After making contact, the player must run back, tag a teammate, and rotate out.

- Tagged player enters the drill immediately, maintaining only 3 players on the court inside the 10-foot line at a time.

- Rally scoring is used to track points, with a set goal (e.g., play to 10 or 15).

- Suggested reps: Run 2–3 games of 8–10 minutes each, ensuring all players get multiple rotations.

- Hustle: Players must sprint to tag teammates and enter quickly.
