## Objective
Develop consistent technique, court awareness, and team communication in blocking, defense, hitting, offense, outside hitter, passing, pass-set-hit, setting through high-repetition game-like execution.

## Setup & Court Layout
- Players: Two teams of 3 (3v3).
Team A (Offense): Passer, setter, hitter.
Team B (Defense): 2 blockers, 1 passer.

- Equipment: Rack of volleyballs for continuous play.

- Court Layout: Standard half-court 3v3 setup.

## Step-by-Step Instructions
- Coach initiates the drill with a free ball toss over the net to the offensive team.

- As the ball is tossed, the coach calls out whether the defense should block or pull off the net.

- Offensive team passes, sets, and attacks, reacting to the defensive decision.

- Defensive team plays the rally with 2 blockers and a passer.

- Continue until rally ends.

- Rotate roles after a set number of rallies.

- Suggested: Play for 10–12 rallies per group or 3–4 minutes before switching sides.

## Key Coaching Points
- Offense should read the defense early and adjust hitting decisions.

- Blockers must communicate loudly whether they are blocking line, cross, or pulling off.

- Passers and setters should focus on tempo and ball placement to give the hitter options.

- Common Game Situation: Offenses often face shifting blocks—this drill simulates real matches where hitters must read blockers to score effectively.

## Variations & Progressions
- Allow the defensive team to choose freely whether to block or not, forcing the offense to read cues.

- Run the drill with focus on the blockers, emphasizing hand positioning, timing, and communication.

- Play a continuous scoring game to 10 points, with offense only scoring if they read and execute correctly.
