## Objective
Train servers to consistently hit deep and short corner zones (Zones 1, 5, 2, and 4) under gamified, team-competitive pressure.

## Setup & Court Layout
- Players: Full team divided into two equal squads, each stationed behind their respective service line.
- Court: Full court with standard net height.
- Equipment: 5 lightweight cones (or tall water bottles/targets) placed in each of the four court corners (Zones 1, 5, 2, and 4) on both sides of the net. Ball supply for each server.

## Step-by-Step Instructions
- Initiation: On the coach's whistle, Team A and Team B alternate servers from behind their respective baseline.
- Target Knockdown: Servers aim across the net to knock over any of the 5 cones positioned in the opponent's corners.
- Scoring / Elimination: Each knocked-over cone is removed from the court immediately by a designated shagger.
- Win Condition: The first team to knock down all 10 target cones in their opponent's corners wins the round.
- Reset & Repeat: Reset cones and play a best-of-3 series, switching service sides between sets.

## Key Coaching Points
- Lead-Foot Directional Cues: Point the non-dominant lead foot directly at the target corner before initiating the service toss.
- Flat, Penetrating Trajectory: Keep float serves low over the net tape (1–2 feet above the white tape) to drive deep into back corners without floating out of bounds.
- Pre-Serve Routine Under Pressure: Enforce a deliberate 3-second routine (bounce, breathe, lock eyes on target cone) to replicate match pressure situations.
- High Palm Contact: Contact through the equator of the ball with a firm, solid wrist to produce unpredictable float action toward corner seams.
- Safety / Court Management: Shaggers must stay off the court until the ball is in flight and immediately retrieve knocked cones out of active landing areas.

## Variations & Progressions
- Zone-Specific Knockout (Progression): Require teams to clear deep corners (Zones 1 & 5) before they are allowed to target short corners (Zones 2 & 4).
- Pressure Penalty: Deduct a point or add a replacement cone for any missed serve into the net or out of bounds.
- Speed Round: Give each team 60 seconds of rapid serving to see who knocks down the most cones within the time limit.
