## Objective
Develop consistent technique, court awareness, and team communication in defense, hitting, offense, passing, serve defense, serving, setting through high-repetition game-like execution.

## Setup & Court Layout
- Players: 2 full teams of 6

- Equipment: 12 volleyballs per team, full court setup

- Coach: Oversees scoring and ensures serve rotation runs smoothly

## Step-by-Step Instructions
- Split players into two teams of six in full game positions.

- Each team begins with 12 volleyballs.

- Team A starts with two serves in a row. Each rally is played out normally.

- If the serving team wins, they keep that volleyball.

- If the receiving team wins, they gain that volleyball.

- After two serves, the opposing team gets two serves. Continue alternating.

- Teams rotate after each sideout, just like in a real match.

- The game ends when time expires or after a full team rotation.

- The team with the most volleyballs remaining at the end wins.

- Suggested reps: Play for 12–15 minutes or run best of 3 games to simulate match play.
