## Objective
Develop consistent technique, court awareness, and team communication in warm-up, blocking, middle hitter through high-repetition game-like execution.

## Setup & Court Layout
- Players: Two lines of players, one on each side of the net in the left front position

- Coach: Positioned to call out and demonstrate the footwork sequence

- Court: Full court, focus on front row movement along the net

- Equipment: Volleyballs optional (focus is on footwork)

## Step-by-Step Instructions
- Coach demonstrates the footwork sequence, calling out each step until players understand the routine.

- Player work through the following steps:
Step 1: Shuffle into hitting position.
Step 2: Approach the net for a hit.
Step 3: Perform a block jump.
Step 4: Execute a crossover step to the outside and block again.
Step 5: Transition off the net.
Step 6: Approach the net for a hit.
Step 7: Finish by going to the end of the line.

- Suggested reps: Perform the sequence 5–6 times per player or run for 8–10 minutes total.

- Emphasize proper crossover step technique, leading with the correct foot.

- Ensure players stay low and balanced during shuffles and transitions.
