Long Distance Back Setting Drill
This setting drill will focus on the techniques surrounding back setting at long distances for accuracy and control.

VOLLEYBALL BACK SETTING DRILL
- Split players into groups of two.
- Each pair of players start on opposite sides of the court facing each other.
- Each pair will need a ball.
- Play starts by having one of the players set a ball to themselves, turning around with their back to their partner, and back setting the ball across the court to their partner.
- The partner then sets it to themselves, turn, and return a set to their partner.
- This pattern is repeated until the accuracy and control is obtained.
- Bring the players closer for beginners or players struggling with the long distance.
