Volleyball - 2 Player Pepper Drill Multiple Hits
This pepper drill is great for working on ball control as it works on a variety of contact types.

VOLLEYBALL PEPPER DRILL, BALL CONTROL, DIGS, TOMAHAWK, SET, DOWN BALL
- Split the team into groups of 2 with 1 ball per group.
- Have the players stand 10-15 feet apart.
- One player hits a down ball to their partner.
- The partner should dig the ball to themselves and follow up with the following hits to themselves: tomahawk (overhead), right fist, left fist, set, then return the ball with a down ball to their partner.
- This action is repeated.
- Alter the order or types of hits performed
- Focus on good contact and good ball control.
