Pass-set-catch cooperative rally game.
U12 Week 2, Day 2: Setting to Target & High Arc Control

Setter target bucket challenge from position 2/3.
Pass to setter, high set to antenna target.
3v3 mini-game: double points for setting over on 3rd contact.
U12 Week 3, Day 1: Underhand & Overhand Serving Routine
Toss accuracy, arm swing speed, and center palm contact.
Shoulder rotator cuff warmup and tossing accuracy drill.
Serving against wall from 15 feet focusing on contact pop.
Serving across the net from 20 feet progressing to endline.
Battleship serving game with target cones on opposite court.
U12 Week 3, Day 2: Deep Court Serving & Serve Receive Transition
Deep target serving and first-ball pass reception.
Continuous pepper and serve-receive movement warm-up.
Server vs. 3-passer target accuracy challenge.
Serve-receive to high set to free ball return.
4v4 Speedball: team keeps serving as long as serve is in.
U12 Week 4, Day 1: Pass-Set-Send Sequence Breakdown
Building the foundational 3-contact reflex.
Triad passing and setting in groups of 3.
Coach free-ball feed -> Pass -> Set -> Deep push over net.
Continuous 3-contact cooperative rallies over the net.
3v3 mini-volleyball with 1 bonus point for every 3-contact rally.
U12 Week 4, Day 2: Free-Ball Transition & Communication
Free ball call, setter release, and multi-contact rallies.
Shuffle-tag movement warmup and partner setting.
Free ball entry: call "Free", pass to middle, set to outside.
Back-and-forth 4-player transition game.
4v4 continuous wash: team must convert 2 free balls to earn point.
U12 Week 5, Day 1: 3-Step Approach & Arm Swing Timing
Approach footwork, jump mechanics, and wrist snap contact.
Approach footwork patterns without ball and jump mechanics.
Self-toss and spike over lowered net from position 4.
Coach toss hitting lines with emphasis on timing and jump.
Hitting vs. Defense mini-game.
U12 Week 5, Day 2: Setter-to-Hitter Live Connections
Connecting live passes to sets and jumping spikes.

Pass-to-setter and outside hit with defense diggers.

U12 Week 6, Day 1: 6v6 Rotation Flow & Base Positions
Clockwise rotation, court zone awareness, and sideout flow.
Court rotation relay game: call your zone number on arrival.
Controlled 6v6 rotation walkthrough with coach feeds.
Sideout rotation challenge: 1 sideout required before rotating.
6v6 Scrimmage to 15 points with continuous rotations.
U12 Week 6, Day 2: Season Finale Tournament & Skills Showcase
Culminating 6v6 scrimmage applying full season skills.
